Madtown Skatepark is located in Ocean Shores near the entrance of the pier. The park was created after skateboarding and rollerblading were banned from the city boardwalk. The park is managed by Conroy Blanc.

Madtown is a large public skatepark with a tunnel, hemisphere, bowl, several ramps, half pipes, railings, and steps. The park has a mix of vert and skate features for varying tastes.
The park takes inspiration to many large skateparks around the United States. A notable one being Lake Cunningham Skate Park in San Jose, California due to its tunnel.

- The park is where Skate Wars VI was filmed.
- The iconic sign over the seaward entrance to Madtown takes on a different configurations in several episodes.
- The park seems to be owned by the City of Ocean Shores as they were the ones who built it. Conroy Blanc simply maintains and manages it, but does not own it.
