Lance is a member of the Mount Baldy Ski Patrol. He takes his position very seriously and follows safety protocols to the highest level. In the episode, "Big Air Dare," he warns Otto, Reggie, Twister, and Sam not to ride on a closed ramp. Not following his demands, Otto ends up breaking his leg. It is Lance and other members of the Ski Patrol that help bring Otto back down to a base camp medical clinic.
