Reggie's Big (Beach) Break is a both a special episode and a made-for-TV movie.

Synopsis[]
The kids are stoked to have their hometown playing host to a seven-day beach-break TV special, featuring extreme sports and a concert by a pink-haired pop star named Shaffika (Stacy Ferguson). However, Otto misses out on much of the action as punishment for breaking a promise to his dad. Reggie, meanwhile, steps into the spotlight after being picked as a roving reporter following the week’s events. A lot of stuff happens in this movie! The main plot with the Rocket Siblings is pretty deep; the subplot with Twister and Squid trying to meet the pop star is fun; and we are introduced to Hot Durgers (Yum!). Ocean Shores has been chosen as the host city for Beach Break TV's week- long televised special. As expected, the town is immediately inundated with teenagers, camera crews, bands, etc. While most of the gang hopes to rub elbows with visiting celebrities or get a little a face-time on TV, Reggie remains nonplused by the media circus. The Rocket crew sends in a tape for a spring break thing, and guess what? The spring breakers come to Ocean Shores! Reggie is chosen to host certain parts of the events. Otto gets jealous and says that he should be the "head of events". Meanwhile,Twister and Sam try to get a singer's autograph for Sam's Website. Will they get it, and will Otto and Reggie get along better by the end of the Beach Break?

- Reply to the first note; In Rocket Girl Surfers, Reggie forgave Otto after he apologized. Reggie felt bad in this because Otto wasn't going to help Reggie perfect her move and she was going to be embarrassed on national TV.
- Sam says Shaffika's autograph is worth "400 Franklins". Given the fact that Franklin appears on the $100 bill, that means Shaffika's autograph is worth $40,000! Can that be right or did they mean "400 Washingtons" ($400)
- In the episode Power Girl Surfers, Otto bailed and made Reggie feel bad. Reggie feel bad since Otto did the same thing to her
- Otto got grounded three times and served his time for ditching work cutting his grounding and not helping at the shack and Reggie is a star and he’s bitter and angry about it he thinks he’s miserable even when it’s his own fault, when he said thanks for nothing Raymundo and Reggie came to his defense by saying What are blaming him for? You’re the one who ditched in the first place and he said why don’t you mind you own business?.

- Ben Franklin is on the $100 bill. This quote could have been an error on the part of the scriptwriter because $40,000 is a lot of money for someone's name. One can only wonder if they meant to say "400 Washingtons" instead, which translates to a more reasonable $400.
- Conroy's middle name is Janice. Reggie says she will tell everyone what Conroy's middle name is and lists that as a reason that he should give them passes (besides the fact that he owns the park and is their friend).
